We assess opportunities for investors, deal teams and life sciences companies —
then step inside the business as fractional operators to execute against what we find.
Bloom Bio is an extension of how I've spent my career: translating complex science into businesses that can actually succeed.
I'm a PhD-trained scientist who moved from the lab into commercialization, strategy and business building because I kept seeing the same problem: great science is necessary, but it isn't enough.
Over the course of my career, I've worn nearly every hat required to build and scale a life sciences business — commercial leadership, corporate strategy and development, manufacturing, partnerships, fundraising, and general management. I've built teams and business units, launched and scaled products, advised executives and investors, and worked with companies from inception through commercialization and growth, transaction and exit.
Across every stage and every seat, one pattern has been remarkably consistent:
Most companies don't fail at the science. They fail at everything that comes after.
Bloom Bio was built for that everything-after — bringing scientific depth, commercial judgment, operating experience and an investor lens together to assess opportunities, identify what creates or destroys value, and help execute what comes next.
Because businesses — like people — flourish when they are in full Bloom.
Strategy, diligence and planning can tell you what should work. Operating experience tells you what it will actually take. Bloom brings both perspectives to the table.
